Pamela Iweze - Founder
Pamela Iweze was born in 1980 in Lagos into a family of seven. She is a proud mother of two lovely children.
Her father, a Major General in the Nigerian Army served in different parts of Nigeria. Her father’s military assignments across the country provided opportunities for Pamela and her siblings to experience the different Nigerian cultures. She had her primary and secondary education side by side the education of knowing most of the country at an early age.
She obtained her LLB in law at the University of Ado – Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria. She worked briefly in administrative roles in Nigeria before moving to the United Kingdom. In the United Kingdom, her love for children and education took her to the prestigious University of East London. There, she graduated with a 2:1 degree in Early Childhood Studies.
In the UK, she worked in the private sector before moving to the public sector. She worked as an Executive Assistant in multinational organisations such as Mckinsey, Barclays and Deutsche bank.
At the public sector, she worked in Action for Children, Cancer Research UK and the Health Sector providing excellent support to Children and the Elderly. She did this excellently at National Health Service NHS. Over the years she has attained several leadership positions where she developed capacity in leadership and management. She is a Community Health Care Professional that is passionate about Health Care Support. She is also passionate about teaching and Early Childhood learning.
She has put this passion into so many volunteer activities like the Magpie Project, New-Addington Volunteers and PTA Chairperson for two years at the Good Shepherd Catholic Primary School in London. For the Magpie Project, she volunteered as a Playgroup Helper alongside other professionals supporting and encouraging learning through play and teaching.
In her capacity as PTA Chairperson at the Good Shepherd Catholic Primary School, she worked with teachers and planning Heads of committees to create fun projects with the sole intent to raise funds to support school projects. She worked with heads of units and teachers to coordinate volunteer assignments to support students and teachers as well as coordinate volunteer assignments. She also collaborated with other board members of the PTA to assess and identify how parents/guardians and community members can get involved as volunteers to support the efforts of schools at raising future leaders of the community.
Pamela believes that no one is born a change-maker. It’s something you become when you see a problem, and then dare to become part of the solution. This is how change happens. With bravery, hope, commitment—and the knowledge that progress only comes when we become the solution.

Chairman
An indigene of Aniocha Local Government Area of Delta State.Major General Iweze was enlisted into the Nigerian Army on 7th of March, 1968.He has attended several Military institutions including the Nigerian Defence Academy, United States Infantry School, Georgia, Command and Staff College, Jaji,
National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies Kuru, Naval Postgraduate school, California, U.S.A. International Peace Academy, San Remo, Italy.
He has held several key posts in the army:Commanding Officer of several Battalions (26, 128, 141), Deputy Adjutant General 6 Sector Deputy Commandant, depot / Nigerian Army, Deputy Military Secretary Chief of Training Operations and Plans, DHQ, Chief Logistics, HQ NA, Chief of Training and Plans HQ NA, Chief of Staff, ECOMOG Peacekeeping Force in Liberia.
Father to the Founder Pamela Iweze, is blessed with children and Grandchildren.
Major General Iweze has always opened His home to the children and youth. He believes commitment is key to the continuous development of the Nigerian Child and Nigeria as a Nation.

who is happily married with children,is the founder of Rhythms of God House Ministry.
A lawyer by profession brings on board her wealth of experience in the position of the Company Secretary.
She also serves on the board of Mentoring and Empowerment.
A mentor and spiritual mother to many which includes the Founder Ms Pamela Iweze, is passionate about her calling and is ever willing to serve.
She has mentored many families and individuals within Nigeria and outside the country through her gift of counselling, evangelism & prayer. A virtuous mother to all.
Dr Bonny BN Umeadi
Dr Bonny BN Umeadi is a Professional Business Consultant. He obtained his PhD in Architecture and Construct Technology with Sustainable Built Environment; MSc Project Management along with Postgraduate Diploma in Lithographic Circuit Print Technology and Bachelor’s Degree in Development Economics.
Dr Umeadi investigated the potential of advanced wireless sensor technology to support the maintenance of oil and gas pipeline distribution systems. It addressed deficiencies in the oil and gas pipeline system process of maintenance, which needed to be more clearly identified and supported by efficient practices, that integrate advanced technology into the fault detection process to eliminate environmental disaster and queuing in the process.
His professional practice spans over a decade in the Built Environment; more specifically Oil & Gas and construction industry.
He is the Managing Director of NanoMind IDC Ltd, an international consulting and research company that was nominated for the prestigious Technology Award 2010 presented by Energy Institute, United Kingdom. His recent activities include laying 17 kilometres of 8.5’ {inch} LNG pipeline system and carrying out wider field tests in the Middle East and Nigerian oil fields and research and technology at the University of Greenwich.

What do you do and love about your job?
I ensure families most importantly children, widows and the less privileged in the society can access the support and services they need to feel secure, safe and cared for through the different projects and programs we run.
I also look after the money that comes in and out of the foundation. I enjoy making sure that every penny is spent fulfilling our charity purpose.
I love to see the relief and smiles of many of the children and families we work with. when they come to us and we welcome them with a big warm smile. I love to see their confidence grow whilst accessing our different projects, most importantly when they realise someone else is looking out for them and they are part of one big family, the PIKC family.
When did you join?
I started working with PIKC in June 2018 and started as an Administrative Secretary in January 2020
What do we not know about you?
I am an accountant by profession, with the love and passion to see and make things work orderly. I know what excellent care and best practice look like and how to access and demand this.
Esther Abimbola Ajayi

What do you do and love about your job?
I am a graduate of the University of Lagos and my goal alongside the foundation is to impact and reach out to as many kids out there as much as we can and impact them positively.
I develop creative and engaging contents through our social media platforms to communicate with parents/guidance of the lovely kids, I also organise our Fun Club activities for the children alongside the Founder. We run fun Mentoring programs where we mentor the children on different important topics and issues that borders on societal values. It’s fun working here as it allows you to put your passion to work whilst making a positive impact.
When did you join?
I started working with the organisation in September 2019.
What do we not know about you?
I am into shoe making,I love how a shoe can tell a lot about a person and how it fits nicely. I live in Lagos and love learning new skills.
